Position Summary – Setter Role

I’m currently building a high-performance sales team to scale my business.

I sell a premium one-to-one coaching program that helps photographers go full-time.

I’m looking for A-players who are ready to bring energy, discipline, and drive into the team.

You’ll be working alongside a highly motivated and trained setters and closer who’s ready to convert the right leads.

Your mission:

Start meaningful conversations with warm leads from my audience, build rapport, qualify them, and book them for a call.

Commission Struct

This is a commission-based position with high earning potential.

Our offer is currently priced at €3,000, and we plan to gradually increase it to €5,800.

As a setter, you earn 5% commission per sale for every qualified call you book that turns into a client.

This means you get paid for your ability to start smart, human conversations and move the right people forward in the sales process.

Commission is paid a few days after the client completes their payment.

The more qualified calls you generate, the more you earn — and there’s room to grow into other roles if you prove your value.

Trial Period

There will be a 7-day test phase to evaluate:

Please note: this is a commission-based position, which means you only earn when a sale is made.

If this trial phase is not conclusive, if you’re not generating quality conversations or bookings, you will not be retained and will not be paid.

However, if we see that you have real potential, that you're able to engage leads properly and communicate with a natural, human touch, then you’ll stay on the team and receive training to help you level up and improve.

We’re building a team of people who can grow, adapt, and win together. If you’re the right fit, you won’t be left behind.

He doesn’t have any portrait photos of other people, not even of models. His feed only shows low-quality, amateur pictures.

As a setter on the team, you should immediately recognize that

there’s no point in reaching out to someone like this.

They’re clearly not a fit for our €3000 premium coaching program designed to help talented photographers go full-time.

Here’s a photographer who takes car photos — they’re decent, but this is not our target. We’re specifically looking for people who can generate paid bookings from portrait sessions they’ve already done. As a potential prospect for our program, this one’s a 2 out of 10.

Here is a very amateur profile, far too amateur. These are people taking photos of themselves in the street, from far enough away that you can barely see them. This is not a good profile, they will not become full-time photographers.

This is a 2/10 prospect.

This profile is more focused on animals and nature. The photos are ok, but this person is not a serious prospect for us.

This is a 2/10 prospect.

On this profile, we see artistic photos, but it is clear that there are no portraits of other people. This profile does not fit what we are looking for. It is a 1 out of 10.

This is a 3/10 prospect.

Here’s a profile with decent composition, but the photos still feel amateur, the editing isn’t great, and there are no portraits at all — which means this is not a good prospect.

Here the skill level is clearly not there, but in the bio it says she is just starting photography, so maybe we could build a connection to see if she really wants to improve quickly.

Beautiful building photos, really well done, but not many portraits. It would be worth reaching out, building a connection, and seeing if they would be interested in pursuing a full-time photography career.

Photos with beautiful composition and nice editing. It is worth asking even if there are not many portrait photos, maybe he wants to improve and be full time photographer.

Here is a profile with portrait photos, couples, groups of friends, and weddings. The photos are good quality, without being impressive, and with our offer this profile could improve the way they shoot and also earn comfortably with their portraits.

Here is a profile with vintage, artistic portrait photos. The people photographed have real presence, it is a very good profile, and it is definitely worth starting a conversation to see if this person makes a living from their photos.

This profile has portrait photos of other people, they are clean, professional, and beautiful. This is a good profile!

Their photos are high-level, they look like postcards or professional model shoots with a nice blurry background.
It’s definitely worth reaching out to this person: if they’re not making a living from photography yet, their work clearly has the potential to generate paid bookings.

This type of person has paid for a premium coaching program to become a full-time photographer.

If we had to give it a score, it would be a 10 out of 10.

When They’re Too Good… They’re Not a Prospect

When someone is too good or has too many followers, there is no point in contacting them, because our program will not bring them any value.

And now, here comes a trap: this photographer is very good — too good. You can see photos of him shooting in a studio, there are many professional models on his profile, and it’s clear he’s already making a living from photography. So there’s no need to reach out to him. If we had to give him a score, it would be 15 out of 10 — which means he’s way above the level we’re looking for.

Here are photos of exceptional quality, no need to contact this photographer, they are already working full time as a photographer.

Here is a fashion photographer who has shot for ELLE magazine, they clearly do not need us.

Keep in mind : we’re looking for talented photographers who want to go full-time.

When reviewing each profile, ask yourself the right questions. A good prospect should meet the following criteria:

- They take beautiful portraits (not just random snapshots or travel photos).

- Their photos show enough talent to potentially lead to paid photoshoots.

- They are not already too advanced — we don’t work with photographers who clearly don’t need our help.

- But they should also have real potential — we don't accept photographers who have no chance of making it full-time.

Your mission: spot the ones who are in the "sweet spot" — talented but not yet successful.
