We’ve noticed that our best setters are those who take a human approach, they build genuine connection, validate what the lead says, and ask questions out of curiosity.
On the other hand, setters who don’t get results tend to sound too “business-focused,” and the lead quickly feels that the only goal is to sell something.
Where do you see yourself on that spectrum?
Would you say you are more of a sales-driven setter, or a relationship-driven setter who focuses on building connection?
